They conned $22,900 from us and we sold 3 items - having been told we would sell 1,000's.

We had been through a 'rigourous selection'form three 'focus groups - and we 'had a wonderful product that will 'really sell extereemly well'. Of course none of these statements were in writing, just on the phone. When we only sold the 3 items we were told it 'was very unusual and must be our product, no-one else had had a disaster like we had'. I know this to be untrue as I have been in comunication with others who were 'fed'the same story.

They still have some of our goods, admitted by email (!), and have not paid us for in total yet. We came off air at the end onf December.

We have written to the Attorney General in Fort Lauderdale and he is accepting us and will make investigations. We are really pleased about this, because as we are from Scotland UK, we wondendered if he would be able to help us.
I would be delighted to join any action against SAN -
Regards, Linda

: I'm an attorney with a client that has given me literature from Shop America Network asking my advice about paying the $13,900 for the initial advertising campaign.

: The SAN people, I'm told, seem very interested in the product he has and have called him at several stages of evaluation internally saying how impressed they are with his product.

: Can anyone with good or bad information about SAN email with with their experience.

: Thanks,
