Theft is theft. It doesn't matter that she didn't break into your place to get at it. She now has in her possession material that belongs to you. I suggest you get the police department involved, file a complaint, and ask them to go in and retrieve your merchandise. That's their job. To return stolen property. Getting her arrested is a different matter, and one you can decide on later. But there is no reason on this earth why she gets to keep the things she stole.
If the police don't want to do it, go ring her doorbell with some tall grumpy friends. Tell her you came to pick up the merchandise she's been bragging about having all over town and generally scare her into giving it back.
We tried to do this with a guitar stolen from my son which he was on television. The police were very eager to help but got stumped when the thief denied having it, and we didn't have photos of the guitar or the television broadcast. You, on the other hand, have great documentation.
