As someone who carried my stock on the plane last February, I would recommend not trying to do it at this time. With all the added security, it's a real problem. Besides, you cannot carry on an item as big as what you are speaking. My former correctly sized carry on is now considered to be too big and my newly purchased smaller one was also a problem. Make life easier and ship it.

: I'm looking for manufacturers of those really, really strong, rather large suitcase-looking containers that I've seen being used at wholesale tradeshows. My ceramic work costs a fortune to ship to shows, so I want to try carrying at least some of it by plane in those cases. They're rigid construction, wheeled, and at least 3 feet tall, I think. Thanks very much.
