I have read the post and the FAQ about non paying customers and I would like to ask a question related to my situation.
A company (represented by a person) purchases my jewelry to resale it to their customers. This works fine since almost a year, now.
I am used to be in regular contact with the person about her commercial contacts and other questions. This is now 2 weeks that I have not heard from her and she did not answered my mails. That is very unusual. As I am waiting for an order's payment, I gave her a call. Then I noticed that the phone was disconnected !
Right away, I contacted the BBB of the area (Puerto Rico) to ask about this company (bankrupcy ?)and they do not know anything.

Does anyone have some thought about this situation and give me some advice about how to handle it. I do not want to panic and believe I have been the victim of a scam, although all is possible. But I am feeling very concerned by the disconnnected phone.
