: Congrats, I too am finding a fair amount of interest in my work these days. Deb, do you have an account with Decker Morris in Anchorage? They might be a good spot for your work. I think they have a website. I've found AK to be a steady economy.
: I am (because my advisor said to) developing my best 10 accounts. I'll be interviewing them to see what they think about ordering four times a year at a certain level. I have 3 all set, and need to get the other seven on board, or replace them with galleries that can sell for me.
Sounds like you have a plan for the new year, when you say "developing your 10 best accounts", what does that statment entail, daily calling, adjusting prices, looking at on time inventory or whay?? I would really like to know, as I review my last years plan and make adjustments to it for next year, I always am interested in HOW someone does a certain thing, like follow up, for me it means calling and chatting with the gallery or shop owners to see what is selling and listening to their ideas on how to improve or change a product, but I am not sure that what it means to anyone else. So I would really like to hear what that phrase means to you.
