Hi, Luann. I guess my concern about flooring is from what I've heard somewhere, that since BMAC doesn't provide any sort of floor covering in the booth (what I've heard, anyway - I'm pretty much in the dark on this so far), that it's almost mandatory to have something -- or you won't be invited back, for example. After reading all those comments on the TCR board, I finally concluded that it would be best to rent carpeting. Then someone said rental of carpeting wasn't possible at that particular show. I think what we've decided to do now, if renting really isn't an option, is just to go to a store like Home Depot or Lowe's and buy a cheap section of carpeting for a single use. I really want to haul (or have shipped) as little as possible. As you may know, my husband is disabled (wheelchair, paralyzed), so I have to do all the physical work, plus help him here and there, so the less I have to deal with, the better. That's, I guess, why I get so worked up over all these little details, like flooring. Anyway, thanks for your input. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that enormous floor covering at your first BMAC show, but I'm at the same time so glad you told me about it. Are you going to be there this year? I really hope someday to put faces with some of these people I've gotten to know online. Thanks again, Dottie
